At #SMCFD our training never ends. Firefighters train or run drills every day to prepare for situations that can occur in the line of duty. This week South Montgomery County Fire members along with Needham Fire Department and Spring Fire Department, practiced Mayday Drills during a live fire burn. Mayday is used when a firefighter finds themselves or those around them in a life-threatening situation during a fire.
