Just after 6pm Thursday evening South Montgomery County Fire Department, TWFD and Montgomery County Hospital District were dispatched to a multi-vehicle collision on I45 Southbound just north of Lake Woodlands. Firefighters had to extricate one driver, a teenage female, from her vehicle. She was later transported by MCHD to Conroe.
