Fire Extinguisher Training
The Intelligent Training System utilizes patented sensor technology to detect how well a trainee uses a Smart Extinguisher training extinguisher. It can sense if the user has aimed at the base of the fire and is properly sweeping the nozzle of the extinguisher.
Scheduling Training
To schedule fire extinguisher training with hands-on demonstration, call the South Montgomery County Fire Department Community Education Department at 281-363-FIRE. Training is available Monday-Friday.
When possible, make requests at least two weeks in advance, as requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Restrictions apply, and not all requests may be fulfilled. We’ll contact you if there’s a problem with your request or we’re unable to fulfill it.
