At this months ESD Board meeting Chief Hudson and Board President Kelly had the honor of recognizing Engineer/Operator Walter Mercado on his promotion to Lieutenant. We were honored to have Lieutenant Mercado’s family at the presentation, while his daughter was able to pin on his new badge. Congratulations!!
