Today the following personnel have completed the South Montgomery County Company Officer Leadership Development program.

This is a 40 hour program developed to prepare our firefighters for career advancement at the company officer level. These Firefighters learned about budgeting, personnel leadership, incident command procedures, media relations along with safety and training.
