Today is an exciting day for our 9 newest firefighters. These men were all presented their badge and took their oath of office as a Firefighter for South Montgomery County. They will begin their rotations on shifts starting tomorrow at 06:00.

These men first started their application process over two months ago and competed against more than 80 applicants to successfully earn a position with our Department.... They have spent the last three weeks in orientation. We wish them all the very best as they begin their career in the Fire Service.
